Waitlist

When the day a client wants is full, they can join a waitlist and be told when a time opens.

How clients join

On the form, a full day can still be picked: it says This day is fully booked and offers Join the waitlist. The client leaves their name, email and, if they like, their phone. Each client can wait for up to 5 days at once.

When a time opens up

A time opens when a booking is cancelled or rescheduled, or when an online payment isn’t completed. Then everyone waiting for that day hears at once: by email, and by WhatsApp or SMS when those are on and the client left a phone. The message lists up to 6 free times and links to that day on your form. The first to book gets it.

Each client hears once per day they wait for. A client who books that day leaves the list, and days that have passed drop off automatically. Nevua checks right away when a booking is cancelled or rescheduled, and every hour for the rest.

Who’s waiting

Under Nevua → Bookings, the Waitlist section shows who waits for which day and when they were told. Remove takes someone off the list. On WhatsApp, the offer goes out only with an approved waitlist template; see SMS and WhatsApp.
