Pricing and payment questions
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. PRO is sold through Freemius, and you pay by credit card or PayPal.
Will my bank charge extra?
Only if your card is from outside the US: your bank may add a foreign transaction fee and convert at its own rate. The final amount shows on your card statement.
How does the free trial work?
You use PRO for 14 days without entering a card. If you don’t buy when the trial ends, your site goes back to the free version, and your bookings stay.
How does the yearly renewal work?
The subscription renews automatically every year, and you can cancel the renewal at any time from your Freemius account. If the license expires, PRO features stop and your site goes back to the free version. Your bookings, services and settings are not lost.
Can I move to a plan with more sites?
Yes. When you upgrade a yearly plan, Freemius credits what’s left of the period you already paid.
What is the lifetime license? Will it stay on sale?
You pay once and use PRO with no renewal, updates included. It’s a launch offer, on sale only for the first 90 days. Anyone who buys in that time keeps the license after the offer ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your first purchase. Renewals aren’t refundable, but you can cancel the renewal at any time. See the refund policy.
I already use the free version. Do I lose anything moving to PRO?
No. PRO uses the same data: bookings, clients, services and settings stay where they are.
