Booking form

What your clients see.

• On any page: with the Booking form block (in pages, site templates and widget areas) or the

  shortcode. The block can open straight at one service.
• Fits your theme: takes your site’s font and adapts its layout to the width it is given, from a full page to a sidebar.
• Form Customizer: template, brand color, font, corners and sections, with a live preview of the real form.
• Custom fields: ask clients exactly what you need.
• Answers checked as they are typed: phone and tax ID are masked, and the email is checked in the form and again on the server. Tax IDs: CPF or CNPJ (Brazil), RUT (Chile), CUIT or DNI (Argentina), CI or RUT (Uruguay), DNI or RUC (Peru), C.C. or NIT (Colombia) and RFC (Mexico).

Schedule

When and how you work.

• Services: length, price and a break between appointments. Each service can be switched on or off for the form.
• Working hours: hours for each weekday, with breaks such as lunch, and days off.
• Notice: how early and how far ahead clients can book. Two hours’ notice unless you change it.
• Automatic or manual confirmation: your choice. With manual confirmation, clients are told the request arrived, and get the confirmation when you confirm it.
• One professional: one schedule for your business.

Dashboard and bookings

Day-to-day work, in the WordPress dashboard.

• Dashboard: today’s bookings laid over your working hours, the free times and how full the week is.
• Bookings: upcoming first and grouped by day, or any period you pick, with search and status filters.
• Actions: confirm, reschedule, cancel, or mark a past booking as attended or as a no-show.
• Book clients yourself: even one who gave you no email.
• Spreadsheet: export the bookings of any period.

Emails and clients

What happens after a client books.

• Automatic emails: confirmation with a calendar file (.ics), reminder and cancellation, and a notice for you on each new booking.
• Attendance confirmation: the reminder asks the client to confirm they’re coming, and those who haven’t get a last call.
• Client rescheduling and cancelling: from a private link in their emails, up to the notice you set, with no account.

Payment

Nevua takes no commission on payments.

• At the visit or ahead: show your bank details, or your Pix key in Brazil, for clients to pay before the session.
• Mark it paid: with how it was paid.
• Your currency: prices show in the currency you choose in Settings.

Security and data

Your data stays on your site.

• Protection against bots: an invisible check blocks bots without asking the client anything, and each visitor has a limit on bookings per minute.
• Privacy: a client’s bookings are included in WordPress’s export and erase personal data tools.
• In your database: bookings, clients and settings stay in your WordPress. If you delete the plugin, the data stays, unless you choose to delete everything.
• System status: the dashboard shows when reminders last ran and warns when they are late.
• Three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese. Works on single sites and multisite networks.
