The terms for using Nevua Booking and buying Nevua PRO.
The product
Nevua Booking is a booking plugin for WordPress. The free version is distributed through WordPress.org. Nevua PRO is the paid version, with the features listed on the Features page. Both are free software, under the GPL license version 2 or later.
The PRO license
- The license turns on PRO features and updates on the number of sites of the plan you chose: 1, 5 or 25.
- Yearly: valid for one year and renews automatically. You can cancel the renewal at any time in your Freemius account. If the license expires, PRO features and updates stop, and your site goes back to the free version without losing data.
- Lifetime: paid once, with no renewal, updates included for as long as Nevua PRO is maintained.
- The license is yours and may not be resold or shared beyond your plan’s number of sites.
Payment and refunds
The sale is made by Freemius, in US dollars, by card or PayPal, and also follows the Freemius terms. Taxes and charges from your bank are your own. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Your site and your clients’ data
- You are responsible for your site, your hosting and your backups. Back up before installing or updating any plugin.
- Your clients’ data stays in your WordPress, and you are its controller under the laws of your country. Tell your clients about it in your site’s privacy policy.
- PRO integrations use your own account with each service (Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago, Twilio, Brevo, Google, Microsoft, Zoom), under each one’s terms and fees.
Warranty and liability
We work to make Nevua do what it says and fix the defects we find or that are reported to us. Like all free software under the GPL, the plugin comes with no warranties beyond those the law requires. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for failures of your hosting, WordPress, other plugins or integrated services. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer protection law gives you.
Changes
We may change prices and these terms. Price changes don’t affect a period already paid. The new version of the terms is published on this page with the date of the update.
Governing law and contact
Nevua is developed by Eudes Silva, an individual based in São Paulo (SP), Brazil. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Questions: nevuateam@wpnevua.com.
