If Nevua PRO isn’t right for you, we refund what you paid within 14 days of your purchase.
Time limit
You can ask for a full refund within 14 calendar days of buying a yearly or lifetime license. No reason needed.
This is longer than the 7-day withdrawal period of Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code, and takes away none of the rights the law gives you.
Renewals
The automatic renewal of a yearly license is not refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel the renewal in your Freemius account before its date; the license stays valid until the end of the period already paid.
How to ask
Write to nevuateam@wpnevua.com from the email you bought with, saying you want a refund. Payment is processed by Freemius, and the money goes back the way you paid (card or PayPal).
Exchange rates and bank fees
We refund the amount charged in US dollars. If your card is from outside the US, the amount that returns in your currency depends on the day’s rate and your bank’s rules, including on any foreign transaction fee, and may differ from what you paid.
After the refund
The license is canceled and PRO features stop. Your site goes back to the free version, and your bookings, services and settings stay.
Free trial
The 14-day trial asks for no card and charges nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
