Privacy policy

What personal data the wpnevua.com site and the Nevua Booking plugin handle, what for, and how to use your rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Who is responsible

The controller of the data described here is Eudes Silva, an individual based in São Paulo (SP), Brazil, who develops Nevua. Contact for any privacy matter: nevuateam@wpnevua.com.

When you visit this site

wpnevua.com uses no analytics, ads or tracking, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from other sites. It sets one cookie only when you pick a language in the switcher at the top: the cookie keeps that choice, and nothing else, for a year. Like any server, the host’s server logs technical data about each visit, such as the IP address and browser, for security and to keep the site running.

The booking demo on the home page keeps what you type in the form for up to half an hour, then deletes it. It sends no email.

When you buy PRO

The sale is made by Freemius, which processes the payment and issues the invoice. It receives your name, email, country and payment details. Card details stay with Freemius and its payment processor and never reach us. We receive from Freemius your name, email and license details, to support you and manage your license. See the Freemius privacy policy.

When you use the plugin

  • Your bookings are yours. Bookings, clients and settings stay in your WordPress database. We have no access to them. For your clients’ data, you are the controller.
  • Only if you opt in when you activate the plugin, Freemius receives your name and email, your site’s address, language and IP, the WordPress, PHP and plugin versions and, if you allow it, the list of your plugins and themes. It is used to tell you about security and feature updates and to improve the plugin. Skip the opt-in and none of this is sent; you can opt out later at Nevua → Plan → Account.
  • The Plan page asks Freemius for the current PRO prices when you open it, sending only your site’s address.
  • PRO integrations (payments, messaging, meetings, calendar sync) connect your site directly to your own account with each service. Data goes from your site to that service, never through us.

When you ask for support

We keep the messages you send us, and what is in them, for as long as needed to answer and to keep the support history. On the WordPress.org forum, messages are public and follow WordPress.org’s rules.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we handle your data, and for access, correction, deletion, portability and information on who we share it with, and you can withdraw consent. Write to nevuateam@wpnevua.com. You can also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with the date of the update.
