Deposits and session packages

Both are set on each service, under Nevua → Services → Edit, and need online payments switched on.

Deposits

Under Deposit to hold the slot:

  • No deposit: whole price online: the client pays the whole price when booking.
  • Percentage of the price: 1 to 100%.
  • Fixed amount: up to the service’s price.

The client pays the deposit online to book and the rest at the visit. Before paying, they see the rule: cancelling in time refunds the deposit, a no-show keeps it. “In time” means with at least your minimum notice (2 hours, unless you changed it), the same deadline the client’s link has for rescheduling or cancelling.

  • Bookings, emails and the client’s page show what was paid and what’s left.
  • At the visit, open the booking and use Record a payment for the rest: Pix, cash, card or bank transfer.
  • Reports count a deposit kept from a no-show as revenue.

Session packages

Under Sell this service as a package too:

  • Sessions: 2 to 50.
  • Price: what the whole package costs.
  • Use within (days): 1 to 730, counted from the purchase.

Clients buy a package online, when booking the first session (the form offers it beside the single session), or in person: under Nevua → Bookings → Session packages → Sell a package, for a client who paid you directly.

Either way the client gets an email with their own link. It opens your form ready to book with the package: nothing to pay, and each booking uses one session, until the package’s last day.

Sessions used and returned

  • A session cancelled (by you, or by the client in time) gives its credit back.
  • A no-show uses its credit.
  • Nevua → Bookings → Session packages lists every package: the client, sessions used and left, until when, and the link to send again.
  • Reports count each session as its share of the package price.
