Online meetings
For services held by video, each booking gets its own meeting link. It goes to the client in the confirmation email and on the booking’s page, and to the professional.
Making a service online
Under Nevua → Services → Edit, tick This is an online service and choose the Meeting provider:
| Provider | Setup |
|---|---|
| Jitsi Meet (free) | None. A private room per booking; the professional signs in with Google, GitHub or Facebook to open it. |
| Google Meet | The professional connects their Google Calendar; the meeting is created there. |
| Zoom | Your Zoom app under Settings → Online meetings. |
If a Google Meet or Zoom meeting can’t be created (no calendar connected, no Zoom app, Zoom down), the booking gets a Jitsi room, so every online booking has a link. When the booking moves, the meeting moves with it and keeps its link; when it’s cancelled, the meeting is deleted.

Zoom
- In the Zoom App Marketplace, create a Server-to-Server OAuth app.
- Copy the app’s Account ID, client ID and client secret into Nevua.
- In the app’s scopes, add
meeting:write:meeting:admin, meeting:update:meeting:adminandmeeting:delete:meeting:admin. - Activate the app in Zoom, then click Test connection in Nevua. If a scope is missing, the test names it.
