Services, hours and settings
What clients can book, when, and the rules that apply to every booking.
Services
In Nevua → Services → Add service:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Service name | What clients see and book (2 to 200 characters). |
| Description | Shown on the service’s card in the form. |
| Image | Picked from the media library. The form shows it when Show images is on. |
| Duration (min) | 5 to 480 minutes. |
| Break Time (min) | Free time after each appointment, 0 to 120 minutes (15 unless you change it). |
| Price | In your site’s currency. 0 makes the service free. |
| Active | Off: the service stays in the admin but doesn’t show on the form. |
A service with upcoming bookings can’t be deleted: switch it off instead. Show inactive services, on the list, brings the switched-off ones back into view.

When the payment arrives, mark the booking paid under Nevua → Bookings, with how it was paid.
Working hours
Tick the days you work and set the hours of each. Use Add another shift for a break such as lunch: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The last appointment of a shift must finish by the time the shift ends. An unticked day shows as closed.
Days off
Holidays and time away: pick the dates in Add day off. Nobody can book on those days, whatever the hours say.
Booking window
- Minimum Booking Notice (hours): how many hours ahead a time can still be booked, 0 to 720. Two hours unless you change it. It is also the deadline for clients to reschedule or cancel from their email link.
- Maximum Booking Advance (days): how many days ahead clients can book, 1 to 365. 90 unless you change it.
- Confirm bookings automatically: on unless you change it. Off, each booking from your form waits for you to confirm it: the client hears that the request arrived, and gets the confirmation when you confirm.
- Clients can reschedule or cancel online: their emails carry a link to reschedule or cancel, up to the minimum notice.
Plugin data
Delete all data when the plugin is deleted is off: deleting the plugin keeps bookings, services and settings, and reinstalling Nevua brings everything back. On, everything is erased for good when the plugin is deleted. Deactivating never deletes anything.
