Reports

Nevua → Reports shows the business’s figures for a period: the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or the last year. Each figure is compared with the period before.

What it shows

  • Overview: total bookings, revenue, bookings per week and the top service.
  • Revenue, last 12 months, month by month.
  • Busiest hours: the days and hours clients book most.
  • Booking status, Top services and Top professionals.
  • Bookings per day over the period.

How revenue is counted

Revenue is what was paid and recorded, on the day of the session, with nothing assumed: what was paid online, what was paid at the visit (marked paid or recorded on the booking) and, for a package session, its share of the package price. A visit not yet marked paid counts nothing until it is; a deposit’s balance, nothing until its payment is recorded. Cancelled or refunded bookings count nothing.

Export

Export writes the period’s report as Excel (.xlsx), one sheet per table; PDF, to print or send, with the charts; or CSV, for other tools. Amounts are in your site’s currency and dates in your site’s language.
